I have difficulty determining where to grasp the Aluminum Form Holder to open it properly, and it doesn't fasten closed. That has been an issue once or twice. However, it is very sturdy for the field work I do. Also, the clip is inside which makes using it as a clipboard difficult.

Made in China from recycled aluminum.That's why it feels like it was made from beer cans.Missing a key rivet in the side.Returned it to buy Saunders (Made in USA) from the [...] ,much sturdier AND $7.00 cheaper.Lou Hooooser.

Although I really loved the design and ruggedness of this product, when I got home and opened the package I noticed that there was no way to lock/secure the product from coming open unintended. It was for this reason that I returned the product. I have searched high and low for something similar that has the ability to latch shut, but have yet to succeed. Secondly I have not been able to even find a 'legal sized' folio to protect my paperwork when on the job.

This product was not well made. The aluminum is thin and bends easily and one of the rivets was missing upon purchase which compounded the problem. The edges are also sharp and it must be handled with care.
