I bought this thinking that it would be great for packing my house. The blade won't cut the tape! I found this to be a bigger time waster then just buying roles.

Within 5 minutes out of the container the dispenser fellon the floor and broke, so no longer usable

This product flat-out did NOT work! If you tried to use the dispenser to adhere the tape, it just wouldn't adhere! You had to adhere the end of the tape first by hand and start unrolling it holding down the tape, and then it would start unrolling. I returned it to the manufacturer for a refund! Also, the dispenser arrived in the package with the tape roll installed backwards!

The dispenser makes it so easy to use the packaging tape. It is a nice size and easy to hold in your hand. The dispenser keeps the tape from sticking when you don't want it to.

I bought this to ship Christmas presents across the country. The dispenser was very easy to use and the tape is good quality. My packages were secure and arrived safe and sound.
The dispenser is lightweight, sturdy, and well designed. It made using the tape a simple process, and I didn't get stuck in tape confusion. My packages were secured quickly and the process was much quieter than when I use my commercial dispenser at work which is very loud. All in all this is a great product that I would buy again and recommend to friends.

this is one of the best products I have purchased in the past year. It is very easy to use, very good looking if left out for others to see, very comfortable, the tape that came with it could be a bit more stronger. Used on a very large box and had to use several layers of the tape

The plastic breaks easily

I just bought a new one and the plastic broke the first time I used it causing it to not close. I had one before that I used for a bit, but the plastic eventually broke as well. The one pro I would say is that it is much quieter than the average tape gun.

I have used other tape dispensers but this one is better in that it is lightweight and easy to handle especially for a person with arthritis or other factors affecting use of hands and the fingers. The shape and weight of this product is definitive of excellent research and development of this tape dispenser. When a new roll of tape is needed it is much easier to remove the old roll and insert the new one. Definitely an improvement over the ones I have used in the past. During a move or just packing books for mailing, the use of this newly designed tape dispenser makes the job easier and takes less time thus enabling the user to enjoy these tasks rather than trying to avoid them.
