Sharpies brand is the most trusted of all permanent markers in my book. I use them for everything. I use them for work, for my art projects, at home around the house, and everywhere and anywhere I need to. I love this brand, I love how long the ink lasts and I love how it glides along surfaces and I love how bold it is. You can take them anywhere the lid securely tightens the tip and wont mess up your book bag or office desk. The price is very impressive and I would recommend this product to anyone who has one or more hands!

I use these primarily for marking and drawing on silver and gold for jewelry. The felt tips last much longer than the other brands I have tried and the ink holds up really well to repeated acid dips, hammering, and sometimes even after torch work (though faint), yet comes off cleanly and easily during polish. The extra fine point is great for detail. Also, since I often need one hand to hold my work in place after marking, I also like the retractable click Sharpies. It's really important to remember to replace the lid as quickly as possible, or your marker will be "done" the next day.
