                  Nothing other than the shortage! I was happy to take a box of 12 to the office, but dismayed when there were only 11 Sharpies inside. I was going to drive back to Staples to request my 12th marker, and decided it would cost me more in time and gas than the value of one very fine marker.
                  So could you please mail me one more?
