This purchase demonstrates a problem with the Quill model. I didn't even know that you can buy these folders with the tab on the side ("end tab")instead on the top. I still can't imagine a file cabinet where this side tab would function! But returning an improperly chosen product is difficult with Quill, so I just "eat" the cost - and it leaves a bad taste...
