      I like the quality of the folders but with more than a few pages inserted the folder doesn't hold the documents well. The files look messy and I am constantly opening the file and making a neat pile so it fits. Doesn't take much to mess it up again.... FILE TO SMALL in depth.. I will now have to re-fold at bottom to create more space for the information inside. Not happy with folders and I purchased 4 boxes BUMMER!

      For my intended use (I am a real estate attorney) these file folders were not strong enough to handle more that a few pages. I like Smead file folders but I need their "heavyweight" style which this is not.

        I use file folders for real estate files. I love the large tabs on these folders, but they could be a little heavier. The fact that they are a little thinner won't stop me from buying them, as the large tabs are such a plus. Colored files would be nice, but, who really cares.... they spend all their time closed up in a file cabinet anyway.

          We are a commercial construction
          contractor for Military buildings,govt.
          buildings, Schools, hospitals, Shop ctr.. senior assisted care home and
          Day Care Centers. We bid a lot of jobs
          and these folders are used to contain
          the specifications prior to bidding
          and all the way thru the jobs whic some
          last 2 years. They are reliable folders.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
