        I have a condition called Brachioradialis Pruritus which causes intense itching on the mid-arm. After research I learned that "cold" helped numb the itching cycle, along with cold packs. My chiropractor gave me a sample of Cool Sombra and I was hooked. It was a product I could use when I was away from home and not near an ice pack. I highly recommend Cool Sombra.
