I thought the DVD-R burn and playback quality was pretty decent. My main concern was compatibility with my Toshiba DVD Player which is several years old. Once I found the correct software program to burn my video files (after making 2 coasters), I was pleased to see that the Burned DVD was playable in my DVD player (not all recorded DVDs are). There were a couple of moments when the video appeared to hit a brief blip or skip but all in all the quality was better than I expected.

These were purchased to create system recovery discs. One of the discs was bad, and the process had to be started over. Like to see them packaged in smaller quantities.
