I use this paper at home to produce documents for my employer. At a minimum there are two colors, for the letterhead logo and the text. Often there are four color pictures, multiple fonts and charts. This paper accepts ink well, does not smudge and gives a professional result, so that it would be hard to tell the difference between what I print at home and what I print in the office.

The box of 500 Antique Laid Paper 464C Ivory from Southworth is beautiful, and I love it. I do have 2 problems with it:
a) after a time, it curls up in the box, which makes it tricky to use in a laser printer, as it slides off the edge of the output tray
b) the watermark is hard to see, which means when I take out some pages to put in the Laser Printer tray, I can't figure out how to put them in the right direction

We've used this paper in our office for well over 12 years. Correspondence, proposals, reports, statements are all printed on this stock. It's got a great look and feel and we've received numerous compliments concerning its quality look over the years.

I use this paper for printing facsimile 18th century documents. The Laid surface works well and resembles paper made in the 1700s.

This paper just reeks of quality. I use it as my stationery for any letter that really has to count. Its tactile feel, crispness and appearance all speak to the recipient about the sender;s orientation toward quality, i.e.that he or she is fastidious, and CARES how their correspondence appears to others. This appearance makes the reader (if he/she has any intellighence or taste at all) actually read, and not just skim the contents.
