The PHD-60 that I received was not a flat-cinch stapler as described but a conventional stapler. As with most conventional heavy-duty staplers, it's not easy to load and uses bulky staples. So be warned if you're looking for a flat-cinch.

This product is described as a "heavy-duty" stapler. I found that it works best on a couple of sheets, but you have to use too much pressure to staple 20+ pages. Compared to other "heavy duty" staplers it is very lightweight.

We used this stapler around the office however it recently jammed and broke. I would not recommend it. There are other staplers that are higher quality that cost about the same amount as this one.

It is a powerful stapler but not reliable. Stay away.

THIS WORKED BEAUTIFULLY UNTIL ITS FIRST JAM. IT IS NOT DESIGNED TO OPEN UP SO IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE JAMS. AFTER ONE TERRIBLE JAM AN EMPLOYEE ATTEMPTED TO TAKE THE WHOLE THING APART TO GET THE JAM OUT AND IT WAS ALL OVER. IT'S IN THE GARBAGE.
