I did have some issues with a few bolts BUT I managed to get it together. It is quite comfortable. WAY better than the lawn chair I was using (money constraints). Will be used for console and computer gaming.

I had been looking for a new computer chair for school. I had narrowed it down to two chairs. I went into staples and tested both. Hands down the Osgood won. This chair was easy to assemble and it sits quite well. The leather is a soft leather so it is very comfortable. The high back gives me the back support that I had been looking for. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a chair. This chair also is very easy to adjust. Overall this chair would be great for anyone in the office or personal use.

I have bought 2 of these chairs now. It's a good chair for the price.

My wife really likes hers. She's about 5'7" and it fits her pretty well. I am closer to 6'5" and I find it a bit uncomfortable. The padding just doesn't seem to fit me very well. It's not a deal breaker but it is enough to just bug me...

I read the revues before buying the first chair and was a bit leery about it. Some people were saying the chairs weren't straight when they assembled them. I was ready to haul it back if needed, but it went together without a hitch. 12 bolts total and the allen wrench is included. The bolts also come with thread locking compound already on them so they should stay tight.

Everything fit together well and it sat straight when I was done. No complaints about workmanship so far. Time will tell how well it stays together.

I bought a second chair for myself and it went the same. 2 for 2 and I'm happy.

My chiropractor suggested getting a new office chair with good lumbar support might be just the thing I need to help with my chronic back pain. We agreed, but decided not to just go with the best sale price this time, lumbar support would certainly be made a priority. We went to many stores and sat in countless numbers of chairs trying to find just the right one. Then we found the Osgood! Not only was it on sale at a great price, but it was one of the most comfortable office chairs that we had come across. We bought it right away, and discovered pretty quickly that the chair the Osgood replaced was contributing significantly to the terrible back pain! Many trips to the chiropractor might have been prevented had we found this chair sooner! Thanks Staples!!

The product is of good quality. The only problem I see is the stitching around the arm rest and the back of the chair.

I love this chair. It is so comfortable and it rocks. I get on the phone in my office and just rest back in it and rock as I talk. Moves very smoothly and looks great. I am so glad that I choose this chair. I have the black one. It also comes in brown. I liked the brown but my office had a lot of black in it so the black chair works best and it looks so sharp. I have had several compliments on it and one person bought one in brown just like it. You can't miss with this office chair. Looks great with the computer desk. I use it in the frontroom when I have too many guests and not enough seating. It even looks nice in the frontroom.
