    I manage a small apartment building - 16 units - and I often need to lay my hands on paperwork for individual apartments. With two folders in each section, one folder for each apartment, I can easily pick the one I want instead of having them jammed together (as in my previous unit) and I do not have to fold and mangle paper as I look for the right folder. I should have purchased this divider years ago as it would have made life much, much easier as my formerly very messy desk is much less messy and I can help my tenants faster.

      Organizer was exactly what we expected when we ordered. It works very well for organizing our charts and papers. However, the only drawback for our needs is that it does not have space on the front base area to add labels for identification of different sections, as the ends of the wire dividers actually extend through holes on either side. We managed to get them labeled, but would have been nice to have a space for it. That's the only small negative. Otherwise, very happy with our purchase.
