We have 4 sets of these stacked on top of each other that we use for 40+/- staff mailboxes, they work great. The labels stay in just fine if you use the acrylic label holders they send with it, but if you ever loose some good luck finding replacements!! I emailed Storex probably a year ago and have yet to get a reply. The only problem we have is probably label placement, if your short you can't read the name on the top mailboxes and you can't see if you have any mail.

Don't waste your money on this cheap plastic sorter. It is poorly formed with lots of excess "flash" that needs to be trimmed off and the labels they give you for the trays won't stay on unless you tape them.
Buy something else and you'll be happier with the results.
