We have dozens of these drawer units, a number have come in chipped. Quill quickly replaces and rarely asks for return of damaged one.

File storage is a snap with these stackables. Good construction. Doesn't crumble under the weight like cardboard banker boxes. Side-by-Side tie together is a bit difficult, but otherwise best bargain good storage.

When I received the drawers were both cracked in the upper back where the glide wheels were. The plastic is so thin where these wheels are it just cracks and pieces of plastic broke off of the drawer. The outer casing was of good construction it is a shame the drawer itself is so flimsy.

I purchased this to store items which I do not need very often. Therefore I wanted economical. I ordered 2[...]. It will serve my purpose, but I wouldn't trust the quality to hold up for the optional snap-and-lock stacking.

These stackable file drawers are so efficient and attractive that they are transforming my junky home office into a sleek comfortable haven for getting work done. I'm slowly transferring all of my files into these file drawers. I can move the files without calling in help or breaking my arms and shins. I really like them.
