About Me Budget Shopper
Comments about Swingline EasyView 2-Hole Indicator Paper Punch; 9/32, 20-Sheet Capacity:
this is the 2nd one I have purchased. It is a great product
Is it 20-sheet or 40-sheet capacity?

About Me Midrange Shopper
Title says 40 sheets, but the box and description say 20. I don't always punch that many at a time. The red/green alignment indicator is not as useful as expected. There is an internal spring connected to the indicator that resists paper insertion, and single sheets don't have enough strength to push the spring back. I spent more time fiddling with alignment because there is not a nice solid stop for the paper edge. I think I will return it and get a simpler model that doesn't resist paper insertion and has an easier reference edge.
Hole Punch Depth too Shallow

About Me High-end Shopper
Compared to the hole punch I was using, this one is very touchy about hole placement. The holes come out uneven unless you really take time to line everything up just right, if you do not, then you have uneven holes. They did not have the other version in stock and I needed a replacement now. I am not very happy with this product at all.
Clogs Easily

Small on the desk but clogs easily and needs to be emptied regularly.
Not best design
By PracticeManager

Easy View indicator actually pushes out the paper slightly when inserted, leading to misalignment.
Lightweight

very lightweight, not as easy to position paper as i had hoped
Durable home/light office 2-Hole Punch
By dweith
from Wheeling, IL
Easy to use and empty 2-hole punch. Works great for 20 sheets or less of 20lb paper, if using 22 or 24lb paper sheet count must be reduced to fit. When 20 sheets are inserted a substantial amount of downward force is required to punch the holes. If 20 or more routinely need to be punched at the same time I would go with a higher end model with more leverage to reduce fatigue.
Not good...will return.

Better to get the old fashion 2 hole punch. These holes are too close to the top and not easy to line up properly.
