I purchased this stapler in January 2012 b/c my old Swingline had seen its days. This stapler is great. Staples perfect every time. No jams, no fuss. I've never actually counted the pages I'm stapling, but it's a lot.

Some days it feels like we should invest in a paper company because of how much comes through our office.
We have used dozens of different kinds of staplers through the years and this one is so far my favorite! The one downside is it's not ergonomical so it takes a little strength to use it with how heavy it is, but it does the job with very little problems!

This stapler has outlasted every other stapler I have ever bought. It is easy to use, will staple more than 25 pages when necessary, and will not need to be replaced for years

I was looking for a quality desktop stapler and was attracted to the sleek design and promise of a 20 sheet stapling power.
This stapler was a problem from the beginning. From the lack of instructions on loading staples in this atypical design (impossible to find instructions even on Swingline's site.) When we finally got the staples loaded it would only staple one or two staples at a time then cease operation. Very frustrating to work with.
