Not operater friendly. Loaded staples after 30 minutes of trying to fiqure out how. Now the stapler is jammed and unable to repair.

Do not waste your money on this stapler. It worked great for a week and then broke. The spring mechanism doesn't open to fill the staples anymore. You have to manually force it. Then EVERY time you wanted to staple something, you had to tap it on the desk first. Now it won't staple at all. I have had this stapler less than a year. Makes a great paperweight.

This is the worst thing I've ever bought. It says it's a standard stapler, but would not take the staples I tried to insert into it. Instead, it jammed up. When I was finally able to remove the jammed staples, the loading tray kept popping out and still would not work. I called Staples and they were nice enough to send me a different stapler, as I was so unsatisfied with this one.

I fought to get this thing loaded. I am blonde, but come on. Finally I went on line to try and find out how to load it with staples. Now don't I feel stupid. There is invisible tape on the front silver part of the stapler (why they did not use colored tape is beyond me). Once it is removed, it is easy to press the colored button in the back to load the staples. At least on line I found out I was not the only person having problems seeing the INVISIBLE tape. Hmmm where are those reading glasses?!?

HAD ONE IN PINK. BROKE WITHIN 2 WEEKS. EVERY TIME YOU STAPLE, IT WOULD TRIGGER THE RELOADING MECHANISM AND OPEN UP. HARD TO CLOSE AND WHEN YOU DO, YOU ONLY GET ONE STAPLE OUT OF IT.
THE GREY ONE LASTED A WEEK LONGER BUT WASN'T USED AS MUCH.

We received one of these staplers as a free sample promotional item, and it worked fine (still works). I ordered one as a result, but it broke within a week (every time you stapled something the track that the staples are loaded on popped out). As a testiment to Staples, they readily replaced it with another of the same stapler - it took only a few days for that one to break in the same manner. The original one that we got is still working, but we ended up replacing the others with another brand. I would not buy another one of these.
