We have ordered two of these staplers because Swingline has always been dependable and this has good eye appeal. First one broke right away, second one has been jammed since the first week. Our employee is very disappointed.

Drawn in by the sleek design, my boss and I purchased these for everyday use. We both needed replacements within 3 months. Very disappointing product from swingline. Due to the design the frequent jams are very hard to dislodge. Eventually it will just stop working.

This stapler has many issues. This is the 2nd stapler I have had and it fell apart in my hand the other day when I was stapling 5-10 sheets of paper???? :-( Would not recommend at all. We are a small business and I have always bought this brand for my office. I think in general the brand is wonderful, but this particular stapler is no good.

This stapler doesn't balance really well when it is standing up, meaning it can be easily knocked over. With that said, it has been a great stapler! I have had it several months now and have not had a single issue with this. It handles larger capacity than my old one and doesn't require a lot of effort at all. I haven't had it jam and the loading is a breeze. I don't remember if it came with instructions, but its so easy they aren't necessary :)

LOL I have to say that the review about 4 college grads unable to load a stapler was quite amuzing. I, the high school grad loaded it right up! Hmmm...
It was not what I was expecting, but have found that it is great. Never jams, EASY to load & looks nice on my sales counter.

Four different coworkers and I all took turns trying to load this stapler to no avail. All college grads but we can't load a stapler - really??? After "googling" in vain I now know that this product has horrible ratings across the board for this very reason. I honestly believe my stapler is broken so I will be sending it back BUT I won't be replacing it with another Swingline Smart Touch. Note to self: READ THE REVIEWS NEXT TIME!
