    With a long office day (into evening hours)these individual packets are very convenient and the flavor is quite satisfying. Easy to mix into my cup of hot water and I've had a quick "snack" without a lot of mess to clean up between clients.
    I just wish they could make it without the hydrogenated coconut oil.
