I bought this desk for my daughter, and it is just what we wanted. It was very easy to assemble, and it is a very solid, sturdy desk. It's big enough to hold everything, yet small enough that it doesn't take up too much space in her bedroom. If you judge it just by the photos, you would think this is a very small desk, but it is actually a decent size, and it looks much better than it does in the photos. The wood composite pieces are very sturdy and attractive, and the frame is steel which is a real plus!

As a previous reviewer mentioned, some of the holes and slots needed attention during the build. Staples ships this product directly to you from RTA. It arrived quickly via UPS in two boxes. Both boxes had damage. You guessed it.. Parts were damaged too! I had to order parts twice during the build. RTA blames this on UPS. They use Fed Ex for other sellers due to less shipping damage, but Staples pays for the shipping and require UPS.

It took about 5 hours to assemble. Some of the predrilled holes were covered by the veneer and could not be seen. Also, there was veneer in the slots which had to be cut out before the drawer bottoms could be installed. The instructions were not very clear specifically concerning the the installation of the drawer glides and slides. Otherwise the illustrated instructions were fine.

Well designed & sturdy desk for office or home use. Efficient use as a corner work station with enough surface area to hold printer, laptop or computer screen & stowed key board under desk. Still has enough room to do paperwork & store office items without clutter on the desk. Included with the desk is a rack that is made to hold a desk top computer that fits under the corner of the desk and keeps the desk top computer off the floor for a more efficient use of space. Assembly instructions were easy to follow & included allen wrench needed for assembly. Very pleased with my desk.

I bought this for my daughter's bedroom. It is attractive, a good size, and perfect to accommodate workspace, her laptop and desktop, and also a printer. I did not that when I leaned on the longer desk, the glass flexed. Probably could use one more support in the center. I don't think that this will be a problem, but did want to mention it. Really nice design and it was really well packaged. The outer box was bollixed by shipping, but the inner packaging perfectly protected every element.
