I purchased this chair using the Staples Bonus Coupon that was in one of my emails. I was helped by the front area people to get the chair. They brought it up front for me so I wouldn't have to drag it throught the store. Since I had forgotten my coupon at home, they let me use one of the in store demo computers to get my coupon code, and even showed me how they erased my information so noone else could log into my email. (*Paranoid, I know) Assembled the chair easily by myself, and have been using it daily for 8-11 hours per day. I haven't had a back ache, leg tingling, or any of the problems I was having with my previous chair. I would recommend this brand of chair to ANYONE needing excellent support for long periods of sitting at a computer or desk. Also, I am quite short, and there is no problem with the back of my knees hitting at the wrong place on the chair. PERFECT chair!!!

This is a very comfy chair. It was a bit expensive but I think worth it. I sit in this chair for hours at a time and the Thempur-Pedic cushion mades it very comfortable. I also like the adjustabilty of the chair as well. My only wish was that the back would have more resitanmce when you've got it unlocked.

Very, very comfortable - not like an "office chair" at all. I sit the entire day and believe me, I know when a chair is not comfortable. The lumbar support alone is worth the price. I love the fact that I can tilt the seat back a little so I can settle back into the chair and not have to brace my feet against my footrest to keep from leaning forward. I also like the ability to tilt the back of the chair into a more reclining position, just in case I ever want to watch a movie on my computer.
I can't comment on ease of assembly since I bought a floor model.

I had been looking at this model Tempur-Pedic TP4000 and when I found it on sale, I decided it would be a worthwhile investment. So far I am pleased with this chair. Time will tell if it is durable. The ten-year manufacture's warranty is also a plus.

I looked at the other chairs, including Staples Stanmore and the TP-9000, and this is BY FAR the best chair (even better than the Aeron I had at work for 10 years). The pros:

* Comfortable thick cushioning
* Adjustable at many points (pretty much anywhere on the seat/back/hinges - really amazing)
* Easy Easy to assemble - two screws and that's it!

Don't be fooled by trendier looking mesh chairs - this is the one - Thank you Tempur-Pedic and Staples!!

With the Tempurpedic name I thought this would be a great chair for my home office, NOT!
The seat is incredibly hard, the arms do not rise high enough to take the load off of my shoulders, (I'm only 5'8")leading to shoulder pain the longer I use it. I've checked and rechecked the bolts and nuts that made up the assembly, they're all as tight as I can get them. This chair creaks and pops more than my 65 yeary-old body on a good day. I'm already working on a plan to increase the height of the arms to alleviate the discomfort from sitting in it as long as I do every day--but I shouldn't have to! Who actually sat in this chair during the design phase? I would not recommend this chair to anyone, unless I didn't really like them!
