The day we got this chair and assembled it, I sat down to the computer in our home office and didn't get up for over
five hours. I guess because I was so comfortable (i.e. legs didn't go to sleep, butt didn't get tired, back didn't hurt), the time flew by. I am actually using our desk computer more now that I am so comfortable. My husband is 6'2" and I am 5'2" so we went chair shopping together to find something that would be comfortable for both of us. This chair was about the only good fit. I know ergonomically it's important to have your feet flat on the floor with knees at right angles. Again, this was the only chair that adjusted to that extent. This chair is not inexpensive, but for us it was worth every cent.

No matter what, this chair never feels comfortable - and this is coming from a guy who's pretty content in any old office chair. I've been fiddling with the many controls for months and still haven't gotten the thing to feel right or normal or comfortable or whatever. The only thing I can do to be comfortable is to take off my shoes and sit cross-legged (Indian style) on the seat - and that doesn't really work in an office environment. My suggestion: don't buy.

I've had a Tempur-Pedic pillow for years and love it, so when I started having problems from sitting all day while working, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase this chair after trying it out at the local Staples. I wish I'd bitten that bullet years ago, perhaps I wouldn't have had any troubles in the first place. I find it extremely comfortable (I'm a graphic designer/illustrator, so I sit for hours at a time), it's very easy on the back and butt. Of all the chairs they make, I found this one to be the best for my lower back while at the brick 'n' mortar, and I haven't been disappointed using it at the office the past few weeks. The mesh back contours to my body better than the other versions. The cost is in the cushion, and it's terrific. The chair is also a piece of cake to put together (I think there are like seven screws to set), so you'll have no trouble on that end. Highly recommended.

The chair provides support and comfort. This is the most comfortable work chair/task chair I've ever sat in. Recovering from low back and hip pain had required me to sit on a pillow on a cushioned chair. This chair allowed me to eliminate the pillow and I felt even better at the end of the work day. It is ergonomically comfortable too. This was very easy to assemble. My son put it together for me in no time at all and was able to easily instruct me over the phone on adjusting the heights. I've only had it for a few weeks, but I would definitely buy this again.

I work out of the home on the computer and needed a chair that I could sit in 5-8 hours a day. This chair is very comfortable and I have to remind myself to get up and move. My husband & I put the chair together in 15 minutes...it was easy. I looked at alot of chairs.....and kept coming back to this one. Worth the $$$.
