I had to buy this type of calculator because my professor said we could not use our graphing calculators on our mid-term exam.Fits 16 digits, commonly used math fuctions have silver keys so they stand out when computing problems,screen clearly states answers,the user manual could be MORE BASIC.Just because it's a scientific calculator does not mean directions should be scientific as well, but overall very,very pleased.Did the job with an "A+".Great value for great price.Even though shelf tag was differently priced, Staples honored online price.

This item was for a student learning online and in need of a calculator for general math, algebra, statics, and consumer math.

The price was comparable to other calculators with the same features and the capabilities were similiar to the ones of another well-known brand.

There was an option of orange and pink in stock at this particular store but limited instructions on how to use the item.

As an added feature, it would be nice if there was a USB connection so that information could be downloaded from the calculator to a computer or some type of electronic device.

Still learning the features, but the ones I did know saved me much time on the FE Exam. So if you are looking for an approved calculator for the exams, pick this one. Just for comparison, I also own the TI 30XA and a Casio FX-115W SVPAM (both are also approved exam calculators) and the TI 36X Pro still out performs.

I am very impressed with the capabilities of this scientific calculator. It is essentially a graphic calculator without the graphing capabilities. It will even create tables from function rules.
