Definitely works the tennis elbow. Recommend limited use the first day, made my arm very sore due to working muscles not being worked otherwise.

About Me Athletic, Persistent
44 years old. Condition appeared after time spent in gym resistance training. Have been active since I was a child. Noticed condition was exacerbated with use of computer mouse/trackball. Discovered this device after Internet search. Using this device in concert with wrist flexion/extension exercises has helped tremendously. Forearm pain from gym training and office use is steadily decreasing, full range of motion is returning. Very easy to use, no time to set up. A few minutes a couple of times a day is doing the trick for me.
Finally, Tendonitus relief!

Follow the directions. Start with the red, then green then blue. Depending on pain level you might have to start with just a few. Work up to 15 times, three times a day. You will be amazed how fast you notice improvement.
