I have the worst tall-girl posture ever, so I'm not surprised that this pillow is taking some getting used to. But while I am using it, I definitely feel my spine is far more aligned than when I curl up on my side to sleep!

My husband had a therapeutica pillow for years and loved it. Since I was having neck pain in the morning I decided to try one ( I ordered the petite size) Much to my disappointment the foam was extremely hard, not like my husband's which was soft. He thought maybe his had just softened up over time, so I told him to try mine. He did and said his was never that firm.Maybe they changed the formulation or maybe the petite is just thinner and therefore firmer.I tried it for 2 weeks and was not comfortable at all.
