I got this pillow as an alternative to using a CPAP machine. My sleep apnea is mild to moderate and my experience has been that the positioning of my head/neck while I am sleeping is what makes it worse. This pillow is a life-saver!! Initially takes some getting used to, as it softens up over time, but I wouldn't use anything else. Got the best price thru Quill, too!

Second pillow owned of this kind, first one was Dr's order for my husband. Husband raved so much, I had to have one, best support for those with neck trouble and I have purchased over 8 different type pillows for my neck in the past. This one is by far the best. A must for those who alternate between sleeping on their backs and on their sides. The added bonus is the price, best I've found.
