File came with bent peices that had to be straighten out. Once put together the bottom draw is hard to pull out, you have to force it to open all the way. Very, very, very flimsy.

This was going to be used to house files that needed to be transported to different areas in the office. We needed a locking file. Upon first use, the thumb latch on second drawer fell off. Files that were in the second drawer were unaccessible because the latch could not be disengaged. The construction on this product is listed as heavy gauge steel. I did not find this to be the case.
