This bag is a bit bigger than I expected. The computer is not anchored so it tends to slide around. The up-side of that is there is more room for stuff! Overall, it is serving my purpose very well.

The designers of this bag sacrificed functionality for style. The front zippered compartment that is supposed to keep you so organized is a joke. The zipper doesn't open nearly far enough for you to be able to reach into, never mind see into, the little "accessory pockets." And don't even think about trying to fit a wireless mouse in there with your laptop charger, there just simply isn't enough room. What bugs me the most about this, is that all these problems could have been solved if they made the zipper go all the way across the bag, but NO they had to cut the zipper short so they could stick their logo on the bag where the zipper should have been.

on a more positive note, the padding is excellent, and the shoulder strap is quite comfortable. So if you are only carrying a laptop, and maybe a charger, this is a great bag for the price. If, however, you want to carry papers, books, PDA, phone, pens, mouse, etc. look for a bag with more pockets.

So why 3 stars and not only 2? Because it is difficult to find a bag that will fit a 17.3" laptop, and most other bags cost easily twice as much. This is the ONLY reason I haven't purchased a new bag.
