After 7 months of relatively light use, the rubber coating on the wheels shredded off and one of the carrying handles was tearing out. I contacted SOLO Customer Service on their website. They asked for pictures of the damage, which I e mailed to them. They sent me a new case within 10 days. Good customer service. The bag is pretty well made and functional, other than the wheels.

I was browsing for a new case and this one looked really good .... it should, I bought it a couple years ago .... but now the outer part of both wheels is almost all gone ... I want really good wheels ... inline skates are rugged enough ... why don't they use them?

This is good for carrying (or dragging) your PC and other work-related items for weekends or daytime travel. The compartments are set up to allow the PC and wiring to go in the central compartment while ancillary materials (notepads, cell phones, etc.) can be placed in separate zippered pouches. This allows easy access to items without going through a large bag of other stuff.

It does what it says it will do and a 15.4" laptop does fit, but no extra room. I had to get rid of a lot of stuff that was in my old bag (needed to anyway), but there is no room left over even after that. I travel heavy and frequently and should have bought a bigger, better bag. The handle seems to have a lot of slack when extended. It works, but seems harder to control while pulling. No shoulder strap.
