      It should at least have he clips to add a shoulder strap. There are a few times where a shoulder strap would have been more desirable.

      Overall it is exactly what i wanted for my travels. It holds a the smaller laptops very effectively as well as the 17+ inch one.

      I needed a good rolling case for my new 17" laptop and hurridly went to Staples. This bag is heavy even empty so I should have known. It was totally impossible to lift to overhead compartments in airplane and too big to go under seat. Needed help. I regret buying this bag.
