I have had this several years. It is used every day. It has been on many airplanes pushed under the seat. The handles, pull out handle and wheels are all perfect. I used the heck out of this thing. It shows signs of age from all the cramming it under airplane seats I have done but it is still excellent. I will miss it when it goes.

The bag itself is perfect, looks great, great size, etc...
but- the fabric/rubber has a terrible odor. tried everything to get the smell out, even hung outside overnight. put fabric softener sheets in the pockets. sprayed with febreze. terrible smell.

It would be a much better bag if it had a padded laptop compartment, but I already had a well padded sleeve for mine, so it wasn't as much an issue. The sleeve fits in the bag without any problems.

The size is good, the compartments are just fine.
