This model has vastly improved since the last model. This is my 3rd SOLO travel bag. I use it every day while carting my business supplies, laptop and small tools between 5 hospitals & 40 ancillary sites. Best bag you can get for the price. Go ahead & get the other manufacturers but you'll regret the rugged durability of this guy!

The hanging files fall from the hangers, but since they are still inside the case, it isn't a big deal. This rolling catalogue is perfect for 17" and smaller laptops and has room for a load of assessories and office supplies/gadgets. The small end pouch is perfect for a pair of reading glasses. The telescoping handle is handy, the wheels are wide enough to work well on uneven terrain. I'm very pleased with the product performance.

I purchased this case about two months ago after spending about an hour comparing different cases. Almost immediately the holders for the files fell out. The case continuously tips over regardless of how I organize the contents. Now on a trip the extendable handle will not extend. Already the case is warping and the seems are coming apart. I'm very disappointed and will return once I return home. Good design but horrible quality
