A good case that is wide enough for wide screen laptops, but it tends to be hard to pick up since the handles tend to "flop" to each side making you reach down to find them each time you pick it up.

All the space I need for this bag, but the strap sticks and will not retract. I can get one side to retract after banging the sides and pulling the strap, but the other side is near impossible. There's a zipper in front of the contraption, but no piece to separate the zipper and get into the contraption to fix it. Very annoying. Other than that, and my fault for making the bag heavy, this is just a bag with a whistle and no bell.
