This is the only writing instrument that I use. I have been using the same pens (I have several) for well over 10 years. Everyone that uses it wants to know where I got it.
Only complaint is that it takes a few seconds to dry and smears easily if not completely dry.
Some of the refills are not completely full, and our local Staples stores do not carry the refills in blue so I have to order every time I need more.

We all swipe Kim's pens at work because she uses these. I will have to get her some for Christmas!
We do a lot of faxing from our office and these write a clear, bold line that faxes easily so the receiver can read the messages. Sadly they don't come in a box of 12! I'd buy that if they did. I haven't noticed that it smears at all. Pens are a little bulky but comfortable to use. Great!

I DON'T KNOW WHY BUT EVERY TIME I BUY REFILLS IN BLUE THEY DON'T WORK. INSTEAD OF HAVING BOLD LINES, I GET WHAT LOOKS LIKE WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO RUN OUT OF INK.
I HAVE PURCHASED IT SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.
INTERESTING ENOUGH, I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH BLACK REFILLS.
