This pen is a classic. It is always dependable, enables one to write clearly with no smudging of ink. The pen's design is simple yet comfortable to use. The quality of the ink is very good. I would highly recommend the use of this pen for the signing of important documents, addressing letters/envelopes, note-taking that must be clearly legible, writing checks, etc. The pen has a great reputation and has had it for some time now. It is definitely a must-have for business use as well as everyday/non-business use.

I have arthritis in my hands and many pens take pressure to write smoothly. These glide easily and I can write much longer without pain, and the writing looks more professional. They last a very long time, and usually only give out when I misplace the cap, and Phoenix dries them up. I have been using them for years, and now and then, try something else, but always return to these as the best money can buy. I have even had an expensive pen as a Christmas gift, and used it for only a short time, and returned to these.

The ink flow is slow. The pen requires too much pressure. Can't trust it to write when you pick it up. I'll never buy these again.

not much to say it's my favorite writing instrument and I have been using it since it first came on the market. Glad that Staples still carries this product.

This pen is amazing. It just glides as I write with it. The ball point looks so professional and it writes the same way it looks. I actually write neater with it because the pen lends itself to you writing better with it.

This is a nice product for general office supply. Cheap enough to buy in bulk for a good supply of pens for office staff, but good enough in quality that they are above average and very dependable. And most importantly, they write well.

these pens are the best. the ball is the correct size, the ink comes out very smooth and solid. the only negative thing is that there is no warning when you run out of ink. the ball just drops off and it doesn't roll anymore
