At 8 1/4" wide, no 8 1/2" piece of paper folded in 3 will fit. Not usable at all for W2s.

The envelopes are 8 1/2 wide and so is paper so if you are printing your own W-2's through software on 8 1/2 by 11 blank paper they do not fit well.
