Tried to follow instructions. Call to the Help Line did not reduce confusion. I would like to look at the file names that have been backed up, but I get "not authorized." Something is on the drive, but I do not know what is.

I have a Western Digital TB 2.0 & just ordered another Western Digital 1TB 3.0 for my mobil DJ buisness. I wish the power cable was made with a thicker gauge wire.

I have 3 WD"Essential" drives now and will add another soon. I have lost 2HD's in the past 18 months and wished I had the third one to protect me then. Wife took me apart when her PC crashed but she has a new backup drive now :(
