We ordered six of these binders. They work great but we had to return two of them for defects. Not very cost effective to have to worry about returning items.

I use this product to organize things as they come. But using Avery's Plastic Dividers (i.e. Model Numbers 23080, and 23084) to sort archived documents does not allow for easy retrieval of information.

Maybe it's just me, but I've had a few troubles locating it when it's placed in dark locations due to its dark-black color.

I wish the former Wilson Jones Durable View 2 Inch White Hanging Binder was still available for order (Staples SKU: 518142). That item was a charm because of the way the pockets were designed to hold documents, it was bright in color, and the plastic view cover reflected light, thus resulting in it being easy handle to locate.

Great binder if you are only adding info at the beginning or end. One long straight rod hold paper, so if you need to repalce or add to center of book, it would be more difficult.
