I have a lot of bulk vending machines and Quill is the only place to purchase bulk Runts. They are fresh and deliver quick with free shipping! Shop around and you will see. Quill is the best. Other reviews said the bag wasn't sealed inside the box. This is common with all bulk candy that I have purchased. It's fine.

Tde packaging was not quite good enough. They didn't spill, but the package was misshapen. Better packaging might be warranted. Everything else was perfect.

This was my first time using Quill.com. The package arrived quickly. A variety of Runt's candy came in the case. The Runt's in the Wonka case were in a plastic bag but the bag was not sealed, probably the way it was packaged from Wonka. A great experience and I'm sure there will be more.
