Buying paper is a necessity despite the increasing price. I am a budget shopper and frequently buy this item especially when it is on special,sale or comes with a rebate. It works fine most of the time but occasionally have a paper jam with a ream. I just quickly resort the ream and the problem is resolved. The paper produces professional looking items. We are happy with the product. Don't find it produces as much dust as some other brands of copy paper. Highly recommend using this item. Keep your eyes out for sales.!!

I have been using this paper for decades and this is not the same paper I bought 20 years ago. If you laser print more than 5 or 10 pages the edges curl and begin to block the exit path for the next sheets and you have to monitor the printer bin or you may find your output all over the floor because the curled edges allowed sheets to get pushed out of the bin. It doesn't matter which side you print first, it curls either the long edge or the short edge. I will not buy this paper any more.

I would definitely recommend this product. I didn't have much if any problems with the paper jamming or tearing. And when it did happen, it was probably the printer's fault! One thing that I appreciate about Staples is the free online shipping that applies to many of their products, and the points/credit a customer can earn just by using their handy Staples card! I also appreciate the many sales and specials that Staples offers frequently! I would love to have a Staples store close by!

As I said above, I bought a case of paper which showed a sale price that I didn't get & when delivered I didn't open for a week & when I did each Rheem was completely torn open.

This paper is an excellent value. Colors are crisp and clear. Black printing is very clear and sharp on this paper. Excellent value for almost any printing needs.

This is good quality copier paper at a good price. The sale made it an even better deal. We use it for our everyday printing needs.

I bought it because it was on sale, when I opened the box ( it was a 10 ream case) every ream was torn open. I can plan on it jamming the copier at least once per ream. Wouldn't buy this brand (even if it's given away for free) again.

The only paper I will buy. I order online and have it shipped to the store because nobody stocks it anymore. The store personnel are curious why I go to so much trouble when they have much cheaper paper in the store. I simply smile and say indeed!

But lately I have noticed what appear to be quality control issues. The long edges of the paper have started curling when I run it through the laser printer. I turned the paper over and started printing on the wrong side and it seems to help.

I am meticulous about printing on the correct side of the paper, there is a little red arrow on the short edge of the ream wrapper that tells you which side to print on. It used to be that you could print on either side of the paper without the edeges curling. Now this.

I have purchased Xerox 4200 paper exclusively for 20 years or so because my first cheapie copier wouldn't function properly with any other paper. I have much better equipment now, but still use this paper. Xerox paper is offically on probation until this paper functions better. I've got a couple cases in stock. I hope the rest of it works better.
