The pen is small, so cartridges are small and run out quickly; otherwise I love the pen (and have tried a few dozen). It fits great in a pocket and has a very good feel. Like another reviewer, I'm paranoid that Zebra will discontinue these pens, so I ordered about 20 refill packs.

The zebra gel pen is simply the finest, smoothest-writing pen I've used. The ink flows like butter onto high-quality note paper (like the paper in my moleskine notebook). I've begun to hoard zebra gel pens in case they ever stop making them; they're hard enough to find now!

Very nice pen. Writes smooth and is especially good in an industrial environment. One draw back is that it goes through ink quicker than most pens. I have had to special order the refills over the phone instead of online like I usually do.
