Carol is an honors graduate of the University of Wisconsin where she majored in biology and chemistry. She earned her graduate degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rosalind Franklin University of Science and Medicine/The Chicago Medical School.
Prior to opening her own practice, she held several corporate executive positions in the healthcare field, each reminding her about the overwhelming number of unhealthy people in our nation. She chose to change careers and be a part of the solution.
