Melissa is a professional Office Administrator and Facilities Manager. She is currently an Administrative Director responsible for overseeing all functions in Human Resources, IT, Facilities and General Office matters. She directly handles all administrative matters such as office management, hiring /terminations, contract negotiations, vendor selections, office renovations, personnel compliance, on-boarding and performance management.

She also ensures facilities are in compliance with laws and regulations and is responsible for office safety and all facilities related issues. Melissa is a graduate of Cornell University, Industrial and Labor Relations in New York City earning a certificate in Administrative Management and Supervision. She has held administrative management roles at New York Public Radio and Doctors Without Borders in New York City.

Melissa is currently an Administrative Director at a non-profit in Pennsylvania.
