Looks Great, But Poor Quality

Purchased this USC Computer Chair for my husband who is a big USC fan! The embroidered headrest showing the USC Trojans' logo looks great and the black leather (hence the 2 stars). We were happy with the purchase, until 2 months after purchasing and using the chair...we noticed that the chair would slowly sink down. At first it wasn't a problem until it kept doing it every single time we sat down. So disappointed that the quality of the chair was poorly made. You would think that for the price we paid for this chair, that it would last. Sadly, we have to purchase another computer chair without the USC logo on it. Save your money and go with a different brand.

bad bad

JUST RECENTLY BOUGHT THIS CHAIR NOT EVEN A WEEK AND ALREADY THE CHAIR SINKS ON ITS OWN. THE TILY TING IS BAD AND CAN FIND ANY TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION ON THIS SO GONNA RETURN IT

Poor Quality

Well, I had this chair for about three months. One day I was leaning back, which supposedly the chair was designed for, and snap, the plastic arms that hold the seat to the armrest break. I went to Staples to see about a warranty, and they of course told me I had to go through the manufacturer. Too bad, I prefer stores that stand by the products they sell, otherwise I might as well get everything off the Internet.

Pleasantly Surprised!

I ordered this chair for home use as I am a grad student spending a lot of time at my desk. In addition to showing my school spirit (Fight On!), it is very comfortable. Adjustments are easy and intuitive and the chair is just as comfortable for my 6'1" husband as it is for me at 5'8". Assembly did require 2 people because it is a little cumbersome to do solo, but it was not difficult. I would not hesitate to buy this chair again, and may in fact end up doing so in a few months as we expand our home office.
