There are times when we need only a half strip of tape. We used to take 1" wide tape and slice it with a box cutter. Then we found this 1/2" wide tape at a good value. Now we keep our 1" wide tape for securing bubble mailers and securing labels. We no longer have to slice the 1" wide tape with the box cutter. Better for us because it reduces the risk of any harm to fingers. Thanks Quill. Nice product.
