this double stick tape certainly sticks on the first application which is great (if you got it right the first time)
unfortunately, it sticks to itself quite well which is not so great. No dispenser is included. there is no peel off sheet between the sides of each sticky length of tape.

I was afraid of the "permanent" nomenclature and tried it on several items first. In sticking paper to paper you could remove from one side but, not without losing some paper fibers. However when affixing to plastic the paper was still removable, at least when it's an hour old so you don't have to worry about not being able to adjust positioning.
