Back height NOT adjustable!

I specifically ordered this chair after much research because the seat dimensions were smaller and the back rest was adjustable, because I am a petite person who is normally engulfed in larger office chairs. I am disappointed that this chair is NOT as adjustable as it's description claimed. The back height does NOT adjust AT ALL, and the seat depth only reduces the seat to 17 inches from backrest to front of seat, thus, I cannot sit comfortably all the way back into the chair because then I can't bend my knees. So, I am still sitting perched on the front edge of my desk chair's seat, and the backrest is not helpful at all. I plan to buy a lumbar support cushion, hopefully that will reduces the seat depth enough. I am disappointed at the false description on the website, as I spent quite some time reviewing my options before deciding on THIS chair. I would ONLY recommend this chair to larger people, say over 5'6" and over 130 pounds. other than not being adjustable enough, it IS comfortable and well padded, and the quality seems to be good.
