There are two offices in our retail store, one for the office manager and one for the general manager. Both get a lot of traffic from employees and vendors. The visitor's chairs we had were totally worn out and we had been looking for great affordable replacements for some time. These chairs fit the bill - they are sturdy, roomy and priced just right. It's the kind of chair that says "We're glad you're here, but we don't want you getting too comfortable." I would not want to sit in the chair all day, but it is comfy enough for short-term guests.
