Comments about Safco Uber Big & Tall High-Back Chairs; Black:
Good quality chair. Made for a very tall person. It cannot be let down far enough for an average or short person.
short life span

I have had this one for about 4 years now. We have to replace the gas cylinder about every 9 months. It takes 3 months to get a new one, I recently requested another one so I always have one on backup. THey are free (until the warranty runs out) Padding is uncomfortable. The cylinder now has been replaced so many times that the metal which holds it in place is now warping, so the chair tilts forward. I am looking for a better replacment. THUMBS DOWN on this one.
Awfully uncomfortable..

Knew that this was for big and tall...but the seat leans to the back. There is no way to use the back support and sit upright! Want my money back!

About Me Budget Shopper
We bought this chair for a large employee, but he is not tall. This chair is designed for people who are big and tall. The employees feet didn't touch the floor as the seat was too deep for his (shorter) legs.

Having a family member who weighs well over 450 it was a surprise that the chair was exactly what I have been looking for.
