I use this chair as a dependable chair to sit on when I'm using my computer -- for several hours a day. I chose it because of its sturdiness, upon which I rely (it holds up to 400 lbs). It's ample and comfortable. The back kept coming off for awhile. People should be told not to ever try to scooch the chair sideways when they're in it, as it will come apart and break if they do. I learned that the hard way. You must sit still. If you want the chair 6" to the left, get up and move it and then sit down again.
